1. Delivery Coverage Across India

Urvara Originals ships to serviceable PIN codes throughout India via trusted courier networks (including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post). We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Dispatch & Order Processing Timelines

• Order Processing: All orders are freshly packed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation.
• Transit Times: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for major metropolitan areas (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai) and 5 to 7 business days for regional and tier-2/3 cities.

3. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We provide free standard shipping across India on orders over ₹499. For smaller orders below this threshold, a flat delivery fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Consignment

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your courier airway bill (AWB) number and a direct tracking link to monitor your delivery progress in real time.
